For non monetary items, this is what we need.
In broad sense, we prefer monetary donations than donated items. We can buy most of the things we need in Kampala and other local outlets in Uganda. It is also important to have regular supply than random items from overseas.
However, if someone decided to mail non-monetary items, then the following can be of use:
Computer and camera batteries
Fish and chicken feeds processing machine.
Coffee bean drying and grinding machines
Vegetable cooler boxes,
Speakers, speaker stands and microphones
Projectors and screens
Bee keeping, harvesting and honey processing equipment
Mushroom processing and packaging equipment
Garden kit (pH meter, soil auger, calinometer)
Farm tools and equipment. (Shovels, forked hoes, spades, Trans planters wheel barrows, rakes, gum boats, overall, gloves and masks)
Books and relevant reading materials
Solar plates and batteries
